Machine Gun Kelly surprised fans in Chicago when he brought out Halsey to duet “Bad Things.”
On his “Lost Americana" tour, Halsey stepped in to perform Camila Cabello’s parts on the 2016 hit, marking a standout moment late in the tour.
The pair also revisited their 2020 collaboration “Forget Me Too,” hyping up the crowd even more. Mid-show, MGK delivered an emotional tribute, telling the audience, “I wanna give flowers to this amazing woman, who’s had a very, very, very tough couple of years.”
He went on to add, “I don’t know if we’ve acknowledged that enough, how much you mean to music, and how much you mean to me as a friend.”
MGK closed the moment by praising Halsey’s resilience, “this girl is still going through chemotherapy and fighting every day, and she’s out here crushing it.”
Halsey revealed her lupus and rare T-Cell lymphoproliferative disorder back in 2022 and has been vocal about her health struggles.
